This cake came from a recipe www.frugalfamily.co.uk shared a couple of months back. It is a firm favourite in my house bringing smiles every time I make it, which is fairly frequently. Since being added to my repertoire it has raised money for charity and will be the camp cake for guides this year. Not bad for a little vanilla sponge with pink icing.
The photo might be a little out of focus because just out of shot is a pile of washing, clean mind you. Thought I would leave that little note as homage to the refreshingly honest blog post 'The Truth' from http://a-quiet-corner.blogspot.com
