Topsy turvy world ...

Well it was a Play doh type of Christmas, with lots of time for rest and recuperation and wearing your best fancy dress at the dinner table!  I had planned pretty well, apart from the absence of cranberry sauce, but at least someone had the opportunity to exercise their new Ugg boots in search of said condiment on Christmas morning.  Like many of you the lurgy visited our house, incredible how it affected each of us in such different ways.  I swear Udos oil, probiotics, multi-vitamins and copious amounts of alcohol saved me from its worse vestiges.   So as expected I am tardy with posting a Christmas review and quite late with my New Year wishes but hell it is a whole new year and I am going to take it as it comes.

Hope you had a wonderful Christmas and an even better 2013 xxx

  3. Happy new year - sorry to hear you had the dreaded lurgy, but hope you're feeling so much better now. I'm not usually a big fan of Christmas cake, but have to say, that one looks very yummy! Oh, and 3 years ago, I forgot the cranberry sauce...and somehow every year since, I get reminded of that!
