Cheery moments ...


 
A few years back I had singing lessons, which were really enjoyable apart from the realisation that substantial physical stamina is required to belt out a tune.  Unfortunately I remain more or less tune-less!  Many a time when I am warbling away to myself I hear the comment 'she's had singing lessons you know!'  One of my favourite tunes was a featured 'Inheritance track' on Radio 4's Saturday Live last weekend.  It is a regular in my repertoire, and so cheery that when I spotted this on small-bird I just had to have it.  Puzzled faces at home but heck it makes me smile and a satisfying substitute for the distinct lack of sunshine this week.

    This made me smile too, it's so cheerful! I once told my colleagues at work that our dog didn't like singing, to which one of them replied 'perhaps it's just your singing' - ouch!

    Perfect for anytype of weather really....even if it is belting hot sunshine outside but if you've had a ghastly hectic week ...well there you are...bring me some sunshine!!!

    I love listening to Saturday Live when I'm home.
    They played Bring me Sunshine at my FIL funeral as we all left, it was such a fitting choice.
    I am going to investigate that print, thanks for sharing.

      Thank you, the wallpaper sat under the bed for two years before it was put up but it has been worth the wait.
