Half-term has gone in a flash with pumpkin carving and general lazing around. A little party for a special visitor who liked to re-tell the story of how 'my daddy' locked his keys in the car and said 'the word'. Well I can tell you I said 'the word' when I found this fella in the garden yesterday. Just as well he didn't jump from the Halloween jelly!
Right then, full steam ahead to Christmas xxx
I wonder whether it was the same word the Mister said when we got all the way to Wales, last month only to find he had left the caravan keys at home ........ I suspect it was!!!
ReplyDeleteMost likely, Lynne.
DeleteGosh!!! he looks big! I KNOW that word!!!
ReplyDeletekeep well
Amanda :-)
Sometimes only that word will do!
ReplyDeleteLove the face on the cake, must remember that for next year.

Not 'the word'....oh dear, things got bad. That's a slimy frog... I would have said the word I think... Axxx
ReplyDeleteAw, bless. They always remind me of little men - until they jump.
ReplyDeleteFrogs always remind me of the one I lost, in a maze of classrooms, while doing a teaching practice. The class teacher had brought him in for the class to admire. I never knew if he made it all the way to freedom, but I like to think he did. The cup full of ??? in the second pic is way scarier than the frog if you ask me ;)
ReplyDeleteI'm terrified Joe will start using similar 'words' - he's such a mimic. Must mind my language more... and that frog! I love them, such appealing little creatures x
