Christmas wishes ...

Instead of playing nurse-maid, I should by now be hurrying up the motorway to the annual family get together.  I have taken advantage of the unexpected peace and quiet to decorate my Christmas cake, do a little light dusting, reading and knitting.  Calm before the storm you might say.

To all of you who read, follow and comment on my little blog may I wish you a wonderful and peaceful Christmas.

Merry Christmas everyone.

  5. Also playing nursemaid, badly, to husband on crutches after ankle op. Hard to stop myself being grumpy when he asks me to pass his glasses, phone, another cup of tea, glass of wine etc. while I do all the Christmas preparations on my own.
Still watching 'Nativity' on the sofa with teenager now so not so bad. Happy Christmas!
